Junior Hospitality Researcher

As a Junior Hospitality Researcher, you will contribute to the creation of innovative and engaging training content. Also, you will be assisting other team members in managing our Customization Tool, assuring high quality on the implementation of scripts, translations, and voiceovers. Lastly, you will have a key responsibility in supporting the translations and voiceovers process, which is a USP of Novility LIVE.

Your objectives
One of the objectives for a Junior Hospitality Researcher is to improve the quality of current products. Other objectives include ensuring the accuracy of 3D animations and the high quality of Translations and Voiceovers.

 

Job requirements
·                  Minimum 1-3+ years of operational hospitality work experience.
·                  Major bonus points if you have experience in creating and managing hotel training guidelines;
·                 Of the 1-3 years above, minimum of one year working in Rooms division and/or housekeeping;
·                  A high level of English proficiency is a must. Bonus points if you are a native level speaker!
·                  Knowledge of performing qualitative and quantitative research;
·                  Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management (or any related field);
·                  Effective and efficient communication is a must, especially when interacting with other departments;
·                  Knowledge of Agile working methods is a definitive plus.
