Junior Hospitality Researcher - Rooms division

Currently growing at a fast pace, our international Product Research team, the heart of the company, offers a position to kick- off your career within the field of Learning & Development. You will translate your operational experiences into training guidelines and therefore play an important role within our production process. As a Junior Hospitality Researcher, you will perform your work individually and learn the means of close collaboration within your team, Design and our 3D Animation department to bring our training to life. You are flexible and you love to be challenged by shifting priorities and research tasks. Next to that, you are comfortable learning new skills and working in a fast-growing start-up company. 



  • Market research and analysis of current Hospitality industry training practices focused mainly on the Rooms Division;
  • Assist in product development, improvements, innovation and customization of our current product line;
  • Support the Senior hospitality researcher and Team-Lead in translation and voiceover projects into multiple languages;
  • Carry out internal testing and quality control of new material to be released to our customer base;
  • Create scripts that aid in story-board and3D animation creation;
  • Take part in team reviews and interact with layout artists and 3-D animators to ensure a consistent product is delivered;


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience within front-office or a similar role;
  • Must be proficient with agile tools for planning and collaboration;
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders;
  • Exceptional analytical skills, organizational ability with good follow-up skills and attention to detail are a must;
  • Ability to work independently, make timely decisions and solve complex problems within the team;
  • Teamwork, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a good sense of humour are a MUST in our company!
